Terms of Use

By accessing MIMIR DB (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is under active development.
1. What MIMIR DB is
MIMIR DB is a free, fan-made site offering databases and tools for two games: Valkyrie Connect (developed by Ateam Inc.) and Genshin Impact (developed by HoYoverse, COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD.). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ateam Inc. or HoYoverse. It is published by an individual, on a non-professional basis, with no advertising and nothing for sale (see the Legal notice).
2. Intellectual property
Valkyrie Connect, its names, artwork and all related game content are the property of Ateam Inc. and its licensors. Genshin Impact, its names, artwork and all related game content are the property of HoYoverse (COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD.) and its licensors. They are shown here for informational and community purposes only, and no right to them is granted by these Terms. The MIMIR DB application itself — its code, layout, original text and computed results — belongs to its author. Data and software from third parties are used under their own licences (see Third-party software and the sources and credits).
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not: attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service; scrape or bulk-download it in an automated or abusive way; use it for any unlawful purpose; or misuse the accounts of others. We may suspend or remove access that breaks these rules.
4. Accounts
An account is optional. It saves your data across devices, for both games: your Valkyrie Connect collection, and for Genshin Impact your imported inventory, wish history, planner and teams, and lets you publish a profile or rotations. To create an account, you must be at least 15 years old, or the age of digital consent applicable in your country if it is higher. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or delete accounts used abusively. You can delete your account at any time, which erases all its data for both games; see the Privacy Policy.
5. Your private data
What you save in your account without publishing it (collection, inventory, wishes, planner, teams) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of it and use it only to provide the Service. You can change or delete it at any time.
6. Content you publish
Some features let you publish content visible to everyone: a Genshin Impact public profile (pseudonym, address, characters and builds, teams) and community rotations for Mimir Forge.
— Rules: your pseudonym, profile address and published content must not be insulting,
hateful, sexual, misleading, impersonate someone else, infringe someone’s rights, or contain
personal data of others. A rotation you publish must be your own work, or one you have the right to
share.
— Licence: by publishing a rotation, you license it under
Creative
Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0), credited to your profile pseudonym. This licence is
irrevocable: you can delete your rotation from the Service, but copies already made by others under
CC BY 4.0 remain lawful. Your public profile is not licensed to anyone: it stays yours and you can
unpublish it at any time.
— Removal: we may hide or remove, without notice, any published content or pseudonym that
breaks these rules or is reported as unlawful, and suspend the account concerned in case of repeated
abuse. You will be told why when we can reach you, and you can contest the decision through the
contact form.
7. Reporting content
To report a profile, a rotation or any content you believe is unlawful or breaks these Terms, use the “Report” link where it is offered, or the contact form, or write to solaraycontact@gmail.com. Please give the address of the content, the reason for your report and your email address (required by the contact form, so we can answer). We review every report promptly and tell you the outcome.
8. Rights holders
If you hold rights to content shown on the Service (Ateam Inc., HoYoverse / COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD., a data source or any other rights holder, or an authorised representative) and want it removed, write to solaraycontact@gmail.com stating the content concerned. Removal requests are honoured promptly: game images and data are kept apart so they can be taken down in one operation.
9. Supporting the Service (Ko-fi)
The Service is free. You may support it through Ko-fi: this is an optional donation, with no consideration of any kind — no feature, access, content or advantage is given in return. Ko-fi’s own terms apply to the payment.
10. Availability and changes
The Service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice. Features may be added or removed. We do not guarantee continuous availability.
11. No warranty
The Service and its data are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind. Game data may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate and must not be relied upon as an official source. Simulation results, recommended builds and teams are estimates computed by the Service, not guarantees of in-game results. You use the Service at your own risk.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author of MIMIR DB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. The author is not liable for content published by users, except where the law provides otherwise once such content has been reported.
13. Third-party services and sources
The Service relies on or links to third parties: Cloudflare (hosting, bot protection), Supabase (accounts), Discord and Google (sign-in), Discord (contact messages), Ko-fi (donations), Enka.Network (import of your showcase by UID), hoyo-codes (redemption codes), HoYoLAB and HoYoverse’s servers (banner dates, interactive map, images), and game data sources listed in the sources and credits. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services; we are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Previous version: 15 July 2026 (Valkyrie Connect only).

MIMIR DB est un site de fans, gratuit, qui propose des bases de données et des outils pour deux jeux : Valkyrie Connect (développé par Ateam Inc.) et Genshin Impact (développé par HoYoverse, COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD.). Il n’est ni affilié, ni approuvé, ni sponsorisé par Ateam Inc. ni par HoYoverse. Il est édité par un particulier, à titre non professionnel, sans publicité et sans rien à vendre (voir les mentions légales).
2. Propriété intellectuelle
Valkyrie Connect, ses noms, ses illustrations et tout le contenu de jeu associé sont la propriété d’Ateam Inc. et de ses ayants droit. Genshin Impact, ses noms, ses illustrations et tout le contenu de jeu associé sont la propriété de HoYoverse (COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD.) et de ses ayants droit. Ils sont présentés ici à des fins d’information et communautaires uniquement, et ces conditions n’accordent aucun droit sur eux. L’application MIMIR DB elle-même — son code, sa mise en page, ses textes originaux et ses résultats calculés — appartient à son auteur. Les données et logiciels de tiers sont utilisés selon leurs propres licences (voir Logiciels tiers et les sources et crédits).
3. Utilisation acceptable
Vous vous engagez à utiliser le Service à des fins personnelles et non commerciales uniquement. Vous ne devez pas : tenter de perturber, surcharger ou compromettre le Service ; l’extraire ou le télécharger en masse de façon automatisée ou abusive ; l’utiliser à des fins illicites ; ni détourner les comptes d’autrui. Nous pouvons suspendre ou retirer tout accès contrevenant à ces règles.
4. Comptes
Un compte est facultatif. Il sauvegarde vos données d’un appareil à l’autre, pour les deux jeux : votre collection Valkyrie Connect et, pour Genshin Impact, votre inventaire importé, votre historique de vœux, votre planificateur et vos équipes ; il permet aussi de publier un profil ou des rotations. Pour créer un compte, vous devez avoir au moins 15 ans, ou l’âge du consentement numérique applicable dans votre pays s’il est supérieur. Vous êtes responsable de la sécurité de vos identifiants de connexion et de l’activité sous votre compte. Nous pouvons suspendre ou supprimer les comptes utilisés de manière abusive. Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte à tout moment, ce qui efface toutes ses données pour les deux jeux ; voir la politique de confidentialité.
5. Vos données privées
Ce que vous enregistrez dans votre compte sans le publier (collection, inventaire, vœux, planificateur, équipes) vous appartient. Nous n’en revendiquons aucune propriété et ne l’utilisons que pour fournir le Service. Vous pouvez le modifier ou le supprimer à tout moment.
6. Contenus que vous publiez
Certaines fonctions permettent de publier un contenu visible de tous : un profil public Genshin Impact (pseudonyme, adresse, personnages et builds, équipes) et des rotations communautaires pour Mimir Forge.
— Règles : votre pseudonyme, l’adresse de votre profil et vos contenus publiés ne
doivent être ni injurieux, ni haineux, ni sexuels, ni trompeurs, ni usurper l’identité
d’autrui, ni porter atteinte aux droits d’un tiers, ni contenir de données personnelles
d’autrui. Une rotation que vous publiez doit être votre travail, ou un travail que vous avez le
droit de partager.

Creative
Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0), attribuée au pseudonyme de votre profil. Cette licence est
irrévocable : vous pouvez supprimer votre rotation du Service, mais les copies déjà faites par
d’autres sous CC BY 4.0 restent licites. Votre profil public n’est concédé à
personne : il reste le vôtre et vous pouvez le dépublier à tout moment.
— Retrait : nous pouvons masquer ou retirer, sans préavis, tout contenu publié ou pseudonyme
contraire à ces règles ou signalé comme illicite, et suspendre le compte concerné en cas d’abus
répétés. Nous vous en donnons la raison quand nous pouvons vous joindre, et vous pouvez contester la
décision par le formulaire de contact.
7. Signaler un contenu
Pour signaler un profil, une rotation ou tout contenu que vous estimez illicite ou contraire à ces conditions, utilisez le lien « Signaler » là où il est proposé, ou le formulaire de contact, ou écrivez à solaraycontact@gmail.com. Indiquez l’adresse du contenu, la raison du signalement et votre adresse e-mail (exigée par le formulaire de contact, pour pouvoir vous répondre). Nous examinons chaque signalement dans les meilleurs délais et vous informons de la suite donnée.
8. Ayants droit
Si vous détenez des droits sur un contenu affiché par le Service (Ateam Inc., HoYoverse / COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD., une source de données ou tout autre ayant droit, ou un représentant autorisé) et souhaitez son retrait, écrivez à solaraycontact@gmail.com en indiquant le contenu concerné. Les demandes de retrait sont honorées rapidement : les images et données des jeux sont isolées pour pouvoir être retirées en une opération.
9. Soutenir le Service (Ko-fi)
Le Service est gratuit. Vous pouvez le soutenir sur Ko-fi : c’est un don facultatif, sans aucune contrepartie — aucune fonction, aucun accès, aucun contenu ni avantage n’est donné en échange. Les conditions de Ko-fi s’appliquent au paiement.
10. Disponibilité et évolutions
Le Service peut évoluer, être interrompu ou arrêté à tout moment sans préavis. Des fonctionnalités peuvent être ajoutées ou retirées. Nous ne garantissons pas une disponibilité continue.
11. Absence de garantie
Le Service et ses données sont fournis « en l’état » et « selon disponibilité », sans garantie d’aucune sorte. Les données de jeu peuvent être incomplètes, périmées ou inexactes et ne doivent pas être considérées comme une source officielle. Les résultats de simulation, builds et équipes conseillés sont des estimations calculées par le Service, pas des garanties de résultat en jeu. Vous utilisez le Service à vos propres risques.
12. Limitation de responsabilité
Dans toute la mesure permise par la loi, l’auteur de MIMIR DB ne saurait être tenu responsable des dommages indirects, accessoires ou consécutifs résultant de votre utilisation du Service ou de l’impossibilité de l’utiliser. L’auteur n’est pas responsable des contenus publiés par les utilisateurs, sauf dans les cas prévus par la loi une fois ces contenus signalés.
13. Services et sources tiers
Le Service dépend de tiers ou renvoie vers eux : Cloudflare (hébergement, protection anti-robot), Supabase (comptes), Discord et Google (connexion), Discord (messages de contact), Ko-fi (dons), Enka.Network (import de votre vitrine par UID), hoyo-codes (codes promotionnels), HoYoLAB et les serveurs de HoYoverse (dates des bannières, carte interactive, images), et les sources de données de jeu listées dans les sources et crédits. Leurs propres conditions et politiques de confidentialité s’appliquent à leurs services ; nous ne sommes pas responsables des contenus ou pratiques de ces tiers.
14. Droit applicable
Les présentes conditions sont régies par le droit français. Tout litige relèvera des tribunaux français compétents, sans préjudice des règles impératives de protection des consommateurs de votre pays de résidence.
15. Modifications des conditions
Nous pouvons mettre à jour ces conditions de temps à autre. La date de « dernière mise à jour » reflète la version en vigueur ; continuer à utiliser le Service après une modification vaut acceptation des conditions mises à jour. Version précédente : 15 juillet 2026 (Valkyrie Connect seul).
